A four-week trial took place before Brevard Circuit Judge Curt Jacobus

 

Miami attorneys at Freidin Brown argued that doctors committed medical malpractice through their negligent care of the plaintiff, causing him to become paralyzed.

 

The jury returned a $12 million verdict to the victim and awarded $3.5 million to his life partner.
